“Lucas is like a remodel/design expert meets therapist. We were looking to transform our garage into the headquarters of our online business and a full film studio for our media production. I wanted something special and high-end, but also very multifunctional since we were removing our home garage. We still needed storage space and to do laundry here, plus have this as a guest room! I hired and fired an interior designer who just didn't get me or what I was trying to create. I would say something like I want X, and the interior designer would say, "You can't do that," and instead Lucas would understand the underlying intent of what I was trying to do and give me other solutions and options that the designer hadn't even thought of. I had a big vision but I struggled with decision-making. This was my first remodel and every decision felt huge with the high cost and permanence of each decision.
