Step 1 - Complete “Fit-Out” Checklist

• Our process begins with a thorough understanding of your design aspirations for your ADU.

Step 2 - Review Base Price

• We will provide you a base price based on the design criteria from your “fit-out” checklist.

Step 3 - Complete Construction Documents

• We develop site plans, preliminary floor plans, and architectural elevations. Once these are refined and agreed upon, we create a comprehensive visual plan for your ADU.

Step 4 - Create a 3D visual plan for your ADU

• We will render your project in 3D for rotation, discussion and modification as desired. At this point we can review your site layout, fenestration (orientation to the sun), and will quickly develop interior elevation concepts using artificial intelligence platforms.

• This plan includes selecting unique interior finishes like flooring, countertops, and other materials, tailored to make your ADU distinct and personal.

Step 5 - Review Detailed Estimate

• Our last step is to finalize all costs and build schedule.

• As we finalize the details of your construction budget, our collaborations with a wide range of vendors ensure you have access to various design options and price points.
